Payment Policy for Jaykumar Trading Investment Co Ltd

We strive to provide a seamless booking experience for all our travellers. To ensure clarity, we have outlined our payment policy below.

  1. Booking Confirmation and Deposit
  • deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is needed to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your reservation and is due within 7 days of booking.
  • For bookings made within 30 days of the travel date, full payment is needed at the time of booking.
  1. Final Payment
  • The remaining 70% balance is due 45 days prior to your departure date.
  • Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
  1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer (details will be provided on request)
  • PayPal (for online payments)
  • Mobile Payments (for Tanzanian residents)
  1. Payment Currency

All payments must be made in US Dollars (USD) or Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise agreed upon. *FREE FROM ANY TRANSFER/S CHARGES.

  1. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking, payment receipt, and next steps.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellation more than 45 days before departure: Full refund minus the deposit.
  • Cancellation between 30 and 45 days before departure: 50% refund of total payment.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
  • In case of a force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, health emergencies), we will collaborate with you to reschedule your trip.
  1. Price Changes
  • We strive to keep the prices listed at the time of booking. However, prices are subject to change due to factors like government taxes, fuel prices, or currency fluctuations. If a price change occurs after your booking is confirmed, we will let you know as soon as possible.
  1. No Show Policy
  • If you do not show up on the day of your tour or safari, the full payment will be lost, and no refund will be issued.
  1. Payment Plans (Optional)
  • For long-term bookings, we offer payment plans with agreed-upon instalments. Please contact us to discuss specific options.
  1. Changes to Your Booking
  • Any changes to your booking (e.g., date adjustments, name corrections) must be made in writing at least 30 days before the departure date. Fees may apply, depending on the nature of the changes.
